Cäsar is presently helping to run a finance company and eventually branch off into her own office. With a focus on term life insurance, mutual funds, variable annuities and other financial products with a mission to serve middle-income families by helping them make informed financial decisions and providing them with the strategies and means to gain financial independence.
Currently helping to represent a Finance Magazine launching in Calgary, Alberta she will aid groups of young women in exhibiting the ability to overcome and understand day-to-day business and economic strategies. In addition to her vocation, she is also enrolled in dance, soprano singing, public speaking, physical training, piano and most recently won the title of Miss Calgary 2011.
This entrepreneurial individual is transforming her zeal for success and culture to motivate young adults. Speaking three fluent languages she volunteers with the Canadian Immigrant Woman’s Association with Keeler Support Group to share experiences, working opportunities and emotional support to help provide an outlet that breaks their isolation cycle.
Women with diverse backgrounds will help each other to be empowered in reaching their goals as equal and contributing members of Canadian society. Cäsar strives to help others succeed which is a contributing factor to her own personal success.
For every remark and stroke that’s taken there are footprints that follow with ones we aspire to walk through; the importance lies in each step we take.

Empowering woman via a nonprofit organization
List any interesting or unusual jobs you may have had.
Volunteered for a geriatric home. Many mornings I would curl a few of the women’s hair or help with makeup when they couldn’t do it themselves. People are so friendly no matter who you are you feel like family!
Where is the most interesting place you have been?
Parker’s Cove Newfoundland ! Sunrise to sunset looking onto the ocean to see whales , dolphins etc.
What is your philosophy of/in life?
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it .And so it is with you…we are in charge of our attitudes. Charles Swindoll
