Originally from Vietnam where Annie was born and subsequently moving to Canada at a very young age, she has found “home” in the multicultural city of Toronto. Annie is an ambitious and enthusiastic young professional with a real zest for life, she attributes this to her experiences over the past few years and her positive outlook on the world.  After achieving a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Annie decided to join the staffing industry, her first passion is people and to truly make a difference and a positive impact in the lives of the unemployed candidates she represents, motivates her every day. 

Even though Annie had a life threatening incident 2 years ago, she now even more than before appreciates the value of life and the people around her, both her friends and colleagues comment on how much of a good influence on them she is, coupled with her immense exquisiteness Annie has a real genuine and honest personality that endears everyone to her.  To make the most out of existence on the earth is a motto that Annie lives by.

Winning Miss Universe Canada 2010 does not mean fame and a crown to Annie; it means that she would be able to use that title to continue to make a difference in her immediate society, but also on a more global scale.  Closest to Annie's heart is the predicament of millions of impoverished families here and around the world, the daily horrific violence in society and improving relations of races and religions across not only her own country but globally.  Annie would use her title and crown to be the platform and envoy of hope and sustainability.
