Shannon Green is a Toronto native with a Jamaican West Indies background. A Humber College graduate from the Court and Tribunal Agent program; she is currently pursuing her Paralegal License and Immigration Consultant Certificate.
 
To Shannon, time is of the essence; 'your time should always be used productively and not be wasted'. You will never find Shannon without a book to read whether it be in her hand or in her purse. She enjoys books such as The 48 Laws of Power, Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Coldest Winter Ever. Other admired authors include Zane, V.C Andrews and Noire.
 
Shannon chose to partake in the Miss Universe Canada competition because she perceives it as a favorable exploit for young females to build on self-presentation and public speaking.
