Stephanie is currently working in retail and has graduated from Humber College with a Fashion Arts diploma. In the future, she hopes to go back to school for design and open her own business for both styling and design. She is in the process of designing and making her own collection of dresses. She hopes to have her designs on the red carpet and to be worn by many famous and influential women.

There is one charity in particular that is close to her heart; the Lupus foundation of Ontario. Her mother in currently suffering with lupus and Stephanie would like to make as many people aware of this disease as possible.

Some of her favourite past times would be to visit Downtown Toronto’s Eaton Center, working out at the gym and spending time with friends and family.

Are you currently a student? If yes, where? Area of study:
No, currently I am not a student but I hope to go back to school to further my education.

Are you currently employed? If yes, what is your occupation?
Yes, I am currently employed in retail at Bikini Village Inc. in the Vaughan Mills Mall. My occupation is sales person/Assistant Manager in training. I have been working there for over a year.

Have you completed secondary school? If yes, where?
Yes. I have completed secondary school at Father Bressani Catholic High School in Woodbridge.

Have you completed university/college? If yes, where?
Yes, I have completed college at Humber College in Toronto. I have graduated with a Fashion Arts Diploma.

List any special training you have had (music, art, drama, dance, etc).
Some special training that I have is in figure skating, soccer (both playing and coaching) and drawing.

In what sports, if any, have you participated and how long have you participated in each sport?
The sports that I have participated in were soccer for 4 years, coaching soccer for 1 year and playing volleyball for over 2 years.

The college that I attended was Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. The area of study was Fashion Arts. My graduation date was in June of 2008 and the Diploma I received was in Fashion Arts.

What charity/charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over past two years?
The charities that I have supported over the past two years have been the Lupus Foundation of Ontario, the Canadian Cancer Society (which I have volunteered for many charity events) and the bell Walk for Kids Help Phone.

What would be your "dream job" in life?
My dream job in life would be any job where I would be able to make a difference in a child's life. I adore children, so when a child is sick or troubled; I would love to be the person that they turn to in order to get through the tough times. To make a child smile is the best feeling in the world.

Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life? Why?
The one person that has influence my life would be my godmother. She has always taught me wrong from right and is a genuine person would loves her family. The one thing she has taught me is nothing is more important than your family.

What is the proudest personal accomplishment (other than being in this or any other beauty pageant competition)
My proudest personal accomplishment is receiving a 95% grade on a college final exam. I studied very hard and it paid off very well.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
My career ambition in life would be to be a Fashion Designer. The goals that I am trying to achieve to make this ambition happen would be that I am currently working retail in order to learn the fundamentals of fashion and learn what client's desire.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
As a child, I was raised in Woodbridge, Ontario where I am still currently living. My childhood was like no other. Ever since I can remember my mother has been ill. Throughout my childhood I was always there for my mother taking care of her and getting whatever she needed to get better. I had to grow up fast in order to understand and be there for my mother whenever she needed me. I would always be the one to stay in instead of go out to play. But, by not having much if a childhood I wouldn't be the person I am today. So I am very thankful for what my mother has done for me.

List any interesting or unusual jobs you may have had.
One previous job that I had was working coat check at a banquet hall.

List any volunteering you have done.
Some volunteering that I have done was serving homeless persons at the St. Francis Table in Toronto, and also have volunteered at many charity events like the Pink Positive Fashion Show held last year in order to raise money for breast cancer.

Where is the most interesting place you have been?
The most interesting place I have been was visiting Italy on a family vacation.

What makes you unique and different from the other contestants?
The qualities that make me unique from the other contestants are that I am a very energetic, outgoing, and full of fun girl. I don't take myself too seriously but when it comes down to hard work I give my 110%.

What is your philosophy of/in life?
My philosophy would be do what makes you happy because nothing is better than living life to the fullest and being happy doing it. Also, never regret anything.

What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?
I hope in 10 years to be comfortable in my career, married with children.

Is there anything you would like to tell us about yourself? Something unique that has happened to you? Some interesting thing about you?
The best thing that ever happened to me was growing up fast and taking care of my mother.
