Niyati prides herself on having a great sense of independence, patience and sense of justice.  She is someone who fearlessly faces challenges with strong will.  Niyati was born in India and came to Canada when she was 7.

She is currently a student of Ryerson University studying Fashion and she is a model. Niyati thinks becoming Miss Universe Canada will give her an opportunity to meet the top people in the industry of Fashion so she can bring the latest trends for upcoming Canadian talents as well as give her an opportunity to be the voice of today’s women who are independent and strong.

She is currently involved with the United Way and enjoys helping people.
