Jennifer is an energetic person with a passion for life. She is currently studying psychology at Athabasca University. Jennifer is also one of the creator’s of the soon to be nationally released magazine, Vices: the magazine for addictions, habits and mental health. She has also co-wrote two books, Fast Food Dating: Your 2 Cents, and Penis Envy which is due out late summer.

Jennifer’s inspiration comes from all the different people she has encountered in her life, and a big part of her inspiration comes from her family, friends and the handicap children she has been blessed to work with as an inclusion counselor.

If given the opportunity to become Miss Universe Canada 2008 she would like to use her title towards creating awareness for important issue’s such as aids, addictions, bullying and the importance of education. She would also like to help create special awareness programs geared towards special issues for handicap children.

Her personal motto is “tough times don’t last, tough people do”! ( Robert Schuller, Hour of Power).
