Anastassia is an enthusiastic and optimistic person who is passionate about pursuing her goals. Born in Moscow, Russia, she has lived in Canada since she was 11 years old and is proud of the multicultural community she has grown a part of.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Applied Business at George Brown College, this September Anastassia is entering her third year and is well on her way to a career in financial services. Anastassia is very athletic and has spent 8 years of her life as a synchronized swimmer competing at the provincial level.

Recently, Anastassia has been involved in fund raising events such as Run for Cure, Breast Cancer Foundation and Canadian AIDS society. Should Anastassia be chosen for the Miss Universe Canada title, she hopes to help raise money and awareness for HIV/AIDS society, Breast Cancer Foundation and Global Warming solutions.
