Besides design, Sabrina's other primary passion is dancing. She's been dancing hip-hop for the past 7 years and ballet-jazz for two years prior. To broaden her dancing capabilities, she's taken up Salsa this year. She's danced for The Children's Telethon of Stars, Heart of Life Foundation, and the local Italian church. She has also participated in several National competitions. She claims that dancing is her best means of expression.

Sabrina is a busy body. When she's not at school, work or dancing, she loves to challenge herself. Whether it's cooking up a new meal or photo-shopping memorable photos, she has to get her hands on something. She also loves to volunteer for good causes. And one of her causes is the animal community. She is simply infatuated with animals. She has helped volunteer for the S.P.C.A. Montérégie.

When she has the time, Sabrina also enjoys traveling. Given that she originates from two completely diverse cultures and speaking three languages, this young woman has always enjoyed exploring other territories. She is fascinated by culture. She believes that her knowledge on different ethnicities and lifestyles is what has made her a better person.

Sabrina believes that if she would win the title to Miss Universe Canada, it would give her the chance to help reduce animal neglect such as the numerous puppy mills situation in Quebec. She would also like to make Canadians more environmentally aware. Most importantly, she feels it is vital to give back to community as much as possible. "Because at the end of the day, having made someone else smile is all the more satisfying!"
