Name one person, other than your parents,
who has had the most influence on your life? Why?
Alain, my boyfriend. He has added a whole new chapter
to my life. He's taught me a great deal in the last 2
.5 years that I have known him. I've learned a lot about
what is entailed when living on your own. We have plenty
in common and value similar beliefs. He's shown me the
ideology: "You have one life, live it." I have
become a much better person in from his presence in my
life.
What is the proudest personal accomplishment
(other than being in this or any other beauty pageant
competition)
Living on my own for the past two years. I didn't
think I would ever be ready for it but I took the plunge.
I've learned so much in such a condensed time frame of
my life. It tested my independence at a new level.
What is your career ambition and what
are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
I want to be a Professional interior designer. I have
my DEC in interior design from Dawson College. I will
be continuing my studies for 3 more years in French at
Université de Montreal to earn my Bachelor's Degree
in Architectural Design. I would love to expand my knowledge
on all aspects encompassing design. I want to work on
Green Design projects as well. Eventually, after many
years of work experience, I would love to share these
experiences with others by teaching. I believe that's
the most valuable part in a class, learning about a teacher's
background.
Describe where you were raised and what
your childhood was like.
I was raised in a small town in Montreal called LaSalle
in the province of Quebec. I am the only child in my family.
Growing up as the only child taught me the most pertinent
quality that I possess today: Independence. As much as
my parents (especially my father) tried to guide or help
me in whatever in life, I knew what I wanted and believed
I could do it by myself. I just needed to know that they
would be there to back me up.

Where is the most interesting place you
have been?
Rome, Italy - Definitely not built in a day. It is
flooding with Ancient History and around every corner
waits a breath-taking moment. I felt like a real gladiator
at times!
What makes you unique and different from
the other contestants?
I am unique from other contestants because I come
from a rare mix of ethnicities. I'm a very passionate
person in whatever it is that I'm into or plan to achieve.
I am sincere and when I want to accomplish something in
life, I'll find the means to do so. I love to learn from
others. You can never stop learning in life.
What is your philosophy of/in life?
Every action done, every word said, creates who you
are now and how you will become in the future. Don't regret
something that has been done but instead, regret what
you haven't done.
Oh and
Smile! It takes a thousand muscles to frown but only one
to smile.
What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?
I hope to working in a well-known design firm and raising
my family.

very passionate about things that I keep close to my heart.
