Half East Indian-Half Scottish, 20 year old Laxmi is passionate about languages and history. She lived in France to become bilingual, studied Spanish in University and also speaks and reads Latin.

Enrolled at the University of Toronto, Laxmi is majoring in Economics with a double minor in French and Classic Studies. After graduation she plans on completing her MBA and then will pursue a career in International Business.

She also loves to travel and loves international cuisine. In her spare time she likes to watch movies and explore new neighbourhoods of Toronto.

She wants to express her sincere thanks to her family for all their love and assistance, especially her sisters who are her biggest supporters and worst critics, to her wonderful friends, especially Nina, for encouraging her when she thought she would fail, Nick because he always makes her laugh and have fun and to Lisa who has given her so much and taught her so much more.
