What would be your "dream job" in life?
to become an actress

Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life?  Why?
I can’t think of one person in particular. Many people throughout my life have had a positive influence on me. I have taken bits and pieces from many different people who have come and gone. Some have been famous actresses, models and athletes and others have been friends.

What is the proudest personal accomplishment (other than being in this or any other beauty pageant competition)
One of my proudest moments was Graduating from university at the age of 20 on the Dean’s Honor List.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
My short term goal is to become successful in the Film/Beauty industry as an actress. I am currently taking two acting classes per week while working full time in the field of construction development. My long term goal is to become a successful business woman and the CEO of my own construction/development company.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. I am very fortunate to have had loving parents and a wonderful childhood. We grew up in a truly multicultural environment.  My sister and I spent a lot of our time together creating dance choreography, recording home videos and waking up early to go to ski school every weekend. I attended french elemantary school and french private high school in Montreal. In 1997, we moved to Vancouver, BC.

What makes you unique and different from the other contestants?
What makes me different is my outlook on life. I am a very positive person, I don’t pre-judge and have an open mind and an open heart. I am mature, bright and knowledgable and I always see the best in people.

What is your philosophy of/in life?
Everything happens for a reason

What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?
I hope to be a successful CEO of my own development company so that I could have flexible hours and take part in raising my children as well as running the business.

Is there anything you would like to tell us about yourself?  Something unique that has happened to you?  Some interesting thing about you?
I am Assyrian from my father’s side. The Assyrians of today are the indigenous Aramaic-speaking descendants of the ancient Assyrian people, one of the earliest civilizations emerging in the Middle East, and have a history spanning over 6750 years. We are Christian with our own unique language, culture and heritage.  Although the Assyrian empire ended in 612 B.C., history is replete with recorded details of the continuous presence of the Assyrian people till the present time.
