Nicole was born and raised in Beautiful British Columbia, after completing high school in her small town she has since built a life and jumpstarted her career in Calgary, Alberta. Although her days of pig farming and years of horseback riding are behind her she feels that those are the times that have kept her so grounded coming to the city.

Nicole is very focused on living a healthy active lifestyle and has a passion for fitness. As a successful fitness consultant for Western Canada’s largest health and Fitness Company she finds fulfillment in sharing her knowledge of fitness with others and enjoys helping people define their own healthy lifestyle goals.

During the warmer seasons Nicole can be found outside the city on the water reeling in a big fish or two. Nicole also enjoys releasing tension by hitting an outdoor rink to brush up on her figure skating.

Nicole is excited to be a part of Miss Universe Canada 2007, and would use the title to bring awareness to mental health issues; especially Bi- polar disorder and she would also like to put her time towards the Canadian blood donor association and encourages everyone who can to donate blood.
