Lauren McKamey is 21, and a highly motivated, energetic individual determined to fulfill all her goals. She was born and raised on the west coast of Canada and now resides in Calgary Alberta.

Currently she works as a financial assistant with an energy trust company but plans to return to school and work towards a degree in languages.

Her interests include working out, spending time with family and friends, traveling and volunteering. Lauren is upbeat and always tries to positively influence other people’s lives in the hopes of making the world a better place. 
 
If she were to win the Miss Universe Canada title, she would like to raise awareness and contribute to important issues such as HIV/ AIDS, and other predominant issues that affect Canada’s youth.
