About Jessica: Comfortable in French and English, Jessica is an avid figure skater, practising two hours a day, five days a week since the age of 12. In fact, her deep dedication to the sport has been rewarded with a Québec championship.

Interests: When not gliding gracefully across the ice, Jessica works hard at school studying Social Science.


What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

For the past 4 years I wear two socks totally different. When I met my Idol I was wearing different socks. I was so happy that I continued to wear a different sock on each foot. It is presently a superstition.

What charity/charities have you supported with your time and /or resources over past two years?

For the past four years, I enjoyed teaching Figure Skating to children, as well I help with filling bags at a grocery store to help raise funds for the figure skaters, I spent all of my available time in this area.

What would be your “dream job “ in life?

Ever since I was a little girl I had a dream of being an actress. I truly admire the television performers, the movie industry allows you to live your dreams and emotions.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a Miss Universe Canada Contestant) that makes you especially proud.

At the age of 6, I saved a little girl’s life. She fell through the ice, and due to my fast reflexes I was able to save her.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

The most important thing I would like people to know about me is that I am a good listener, humble and loyal.

What would you like to accomplish if you win the Miss Universe Canada Title?

I would like to prove to my country that being Miss Unverse Canada with the image of being intelligent, caring and willing to take on the duties that goes twith it. I also would like to visit and help sick children.
