About Izabella: Izabella Steele Kuznets is a proud Canadian. She comes from an Eastern European background. Izabella most recently graduated from Richmond Secondary with honors and received and outstanding academic award of achievement.

Currently she is a Business Honors Student at Kwantlen University College. She will obtain her Masters of Business Degree, Izabella enjoys modelling and plans to pursue a career in acting. Her passion lies in performing and she plans to open a talent school for youth to explore their performing boundaries and enable them to live their dreams.

Interests: In her spare time Izabella Steele Kuznets enjoys volunteering with various charities. She truly believe that community involvement by means of volunteering will bring about a better tomorrow. Izabella has been working at Fitness World for the past seven years and works out on a regular basis. In addition to working out Izabella loves to dance. Izabella's hobbies include; travelling, yoga, and working with children.

What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

I assisted with the delivery of my niece and I cut the cord.

What charity/charities have you supported with you time and or resources over past two years?

I enjoy volunteering for various charities some of the charities that I am involved with are: Children’s Hospital: Star light-Star bright children’s foundation, PLEA, Rosewood Manor Seniors Home, and the Rick Hanson Man in Motion Foundation.

What would be your "dream job" in life?

My mission is to open my own talent school and mentor aspiring youth in obtaining their goals.

Name one personal accomplishment that makes you especially proud.

My proudest accomplishment is graduating from high school as an honors student while managing a successful career at Fitness World, Modeling, and volunteering. I managed to do this all at the same time. I am proud of the well balanced life I live.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

I make everyone I meet the center of my attention. I believe that anything is possible and I am not afraid to dream.

What are your favorite movie, song, sport, and food?

My favorite movie is: The Notebook

My favorite food is: My Moms Russian Borscht

My favorite song is: Hero by Mariah Carey

What would you like to accomplish if you win the Miss Universe Canada Title?

Becoming Miss Universe Canada means representing the best country in the world. As Miss Universe Canada I will act on behalf of our nation to be the most positive role model possible. I will mentor youth as they are the future and I will contribute to the mosaic community in celebrating cultural differences which make up our country. As Miss Universe Canada, I will focus on equality and on bridging the gaps of religion, sex, race, and status. I take great pride in being a Canadian, due to the endless opportunities our beautiful country has to offer and I will encourage Canadians to follow their dreams and to make them a reality.
