20 year-old Dorothy Kubow from Mississauga is currently enrolled in a Social Service worker program at the Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. After completing her diploma, she plans to begin Teacher's College. Her aspiration is the become a primary school teacher.

Being brought up in a Polish family, Dorothy attended polish school and speaks the language fluently. She works as a visual merchandiser at Dynamite and on her spare time she enjoys to read and take power walks. She has also worked with the Boys and Girls Club of Peel as an after school program coordinator.
