Diana Wu was born in Toronto and grew up in downtown’s Annex community. She is currently in her final year at the University of Toronto completing a specialist degree in English with a background in sociology, film studies and has also participated in communication workshops. She is also the president & founder of 'The Dodgeball Club' and a member of the Innis College volleyball intramurals. In the future, she hopes to work as a commercial producer or public relations officer for a film company.

In her spare time, she plays a variety of sports, billiards, the piano, exercise and enjoys a variety of ethnic cuisines. Diana joined this competition to challenge herself to overcome her anxiety of public speaking, gain a new level of confidence, and to meet new friends!
