Ashley Claudia Gatto is currently a student at the University of Toronto, at the Erindale campus, and will be entering her fourth year of study as a biology major and a geography and philosophy minor. She would like to pursue a doctrine in naturopathic medicine or a Masters in forensic science.

In her spare time Ashley enjoys playing piano, reading, traveling and working out. She would like to become Miss Universe® Canada to preach the importance of physical activity and proper nutrition to children, as the problem of childhood obesity continues to worsen in society.
