What is the craziest thing you've ever done?

The craziest thing I’ve ever done would probably be when we went cliff jumping in Mexico. Every year my family and our huge group of friends go to Mexico for Christmas. One year we went on a safari tour where we had to climb up the side of a water fall and then jump 30 ft into the water below. Maybe next year I’ll top that one!

What Charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over the past two years?

Some of the charities I have supported over the last two years are the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the Humane Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

What would your dream job be?

My dream job would be to open my own business combining my Public Relations background and my interest in Fashion.

Name one personal accomplishment that makes you especially proud.

One accomplishment that makes me especially proud is moving away from my family and close friends in Regina to pursue my education in Lethbridge. The first couple of weeks I spent a lot of time on the phone with my mom, once one of us started to cry we were crying. It’s made me learn how to live on my own independently. Some of the small stuff I took for granted at home are now my responsibilities like getting groceries, cooking, cleaning and doing laundry. I’ve also learned a lot about my strengths and weaknesses and just about myself in general.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

The most important thing I want people to know about me is that I am a very friendly and genuine person. I love meeting new people and making everyone around me feel comfortable. I live life to the fullest and always try to put a positive spin on things, even when things are tough the glass is always half full. I also want people to know that the things I value most in my life are my family and friends.

What is your favorite movie, song, food and sport?

My favorite movie would have to be Little Women, I love so many movies but every year around Christmas I pull this one out and make sure I watch it. It never gets old, It’s a classic!

My favorite song would be Kick Off Your Boots, no matter how I’m feeling it can always put me in a good mood.

My favorite food is definitely Mexican and anything with peanut butter.

For my Favorite sport I love to play volleyball especially on the beach, but when it comes to watching a sport, being a born and raised Canadian girl I love to watch hockey with my dad.

What would you like to accomplish if you win Miss Universe Canada title?

I would like to be a positive role model for girls and women all over canada. I would also like to bring awareness to charitable donations, encouraging everyone to donate to a charity that means something to them. I think if everyone took the time to do this, it would have a positive impact on so many charities. I would also like to personally raise money for a worthy cause such as cancer research.

A motto that has served you as inspiration

"At the end of the day you may not have achieved excellence, but you will at least be closer to it." I read this once and it has stuck with me ever since.
