What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

When I was younger I used to enjoy doing things that weren't considered "mainstream". Example: One time, me and my friend went to a thrift store that was closing out, and we bargained with them and got two manikin heads. We named them both Wilson, after the volleyball head on “Cast Away”. We took them all over the city under our arms as though it were completely normal. I have never had so many random people come and strike up a conversation as I did that one day.

Please list any schools and universities (public/private/graduate/trade or technical) you have or are attending, as well as the area of study, graduation date and any degree or certification you received.

High school - Hatzic Secondary 2003; Grade 3 - 8 - Valley Christian Private School

What charity/charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over past two years?

Speaker at Teen Challenge; MCC Volunteer; Young Adults Feed the Hungry; Volunteer worker at El Fero Orphanage in Tijuana Mexico.

What would be your "dream job" in life?

I would like to become a Psychologist. I want an area of work where I can make a difference in peoples lives. I’m also interested in helping people in small villages in developing countries, such as with clean water programs, feeding the hungry, educating the children, etc.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a Miss Universe Canada contestant) that makes you especially proud.

I moved to Italy on my own to model. It was an amazing experience, and I feel it has made me a much more capable and strong person. It showed me I can do anything if I set my mind to it.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

I genuinely care about people. Also I have respect for myself and for others.

What is your favorite movie, song, sport, and food?

-Movie: I’m afraid I’m going to have to go mainstream on this one, and say “Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring”, because the characters in that movie portray honor, self sacrifice, courage, nobility, and grace, all of which I believe every person has the ability to attain in life.
-Song: “Heaven’s Coming Down” by The Tea Party, with Josh Groban’s “Remember When It Rained” a close second.
-Sport: Does ballet count?
-Food: Sushi!!!! At my favorite restaurant in the world, Akasaka, in Mission.

What would you like to accomplish if you win the Miss Universe Canada title?

The main one is I want to be an example for young girls that a woman can live with honor and self respect. I want to be on the opposite end of the spectrum of what they see out there now.

A motto that has served you as inspiration.

As simple as this may sound, it would have to be “Treat others as you would like to be treated”.
