What is the craziest thing you have ever done? Well I am the type of person how likes to try anything once. I would have to say the craziest thing I have ever done so far this year would be "white water rafting" this summer, I enjoyed it so much that next year my friends and I are going to try it with a real raft. Please list any schools and universities (public/private/graduate/trade or technical) you have or are attending, as well as the area of study, graduation date and any degree or certification you received. I am attending Laurentian University where I will be finishing my double concentration degree in Psychology and Law and Justice this spring. After completing my degree, I plan to attended teachers college. What charity/charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over past two years? Over the years I have donated my time and effort to a number of different organizations and charities. Everything from raising money for The Run for the Cure, to spending time with the elderly in some of the local retirement homes, to helping raise funds for M.S., to donating time to help at certain fundraising functions, and working with the S.P.C.A. just to name a few. I never shy away from an opportunity to lend a hand for a good cause.

What would be your "dream job" in life?

After completing my degree at Laurentian, I am hoping to pursue a career where I can work with children with mental and/or physical disabilities, either as a councillor or a teacher.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a Miss Universe Canada contestant) that makes you especially proud.

Since I was a child I had always wanted a horse of my own, when I was only 18 I saved up enough money to buy, support and train my horse that I still own to this day. Two summers ago, I bought myself another one so I could bring people out horseback riding with me. I have been able to learn the meaning of responsibility with the help of these two beautiful animals, and I was able to make time for school, work, friends and family.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

Well I feel that I am a determined and responsible young lady, with a fun-loving and happy-go-lucky attitude. I enjoy a good laugh and always eager to try new things.

What is your favourite movie, song, sport, and food?

To pick one favourite movie and song was not an easy task, because I like so many of them for different reasons, so I narrowed it down to two each. My two favourite movies are 'Willow' and 'The Notebook'. Beautiful Sunday by Daniel Boone, and Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers would be two of my favourite songs.
My favourite sport to do is any type of equestrian riding, but my favourite sport to watch by far is hockey. And I just love homemade Italian pasta.

What would you like to accomplish if you win the Miss Universe Canada title?

I would like to use my crown as Miss Universe Canada in order to experience a lot of new opportunities that I can use to grow as a person and become successful throughout the rest of my life.
