What is the craziest thing you have ever done? In competition, after clearing a 3'7” jump with my horse, the bar was raised to 4'. On my first attempt, my horse jumped it knocking down the bar. Not totally satisfied with our performance, I retried the jump only to be thrown by my horse in his attempt to make me realize that he had reached his limit even if I had not. Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a Miss Universe Canada contestant) that makes you especially proud.

In my nursing clinical placement at a nursing home, I have the privilege of Mr. H. as my patient. Mrs. H. is unfortunately suffering from Alzheimer's. Even though every Friday morning when I arrive to care for Mrs. H. and she does not remember me, I do not forget what means the most to her. I spruce up Mrs. H. just like in the stories she has told me and when I wheel her into the dinning room and see her glow with pride as she passes the other residents, I realize that making a difference in someone's life is that simple. Mrs. H. is not only my patient but also my friend and helping her every Friday morning is my personal accomplishment.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

I have strong family values as well as the highest regard for my country and I live my life accordingly.

What is your favorite movie, song, sport, and food?

-Moulin Rouge is my favorite movie.

What would you like to accomplish if you win the Miss Universe Canada title?

I would like to be the ambassador of outstanding young Canadian women and take Canada by storm demonstrating confidence as well as pride in my country. I would also like to be an example of what great achievements pageants could bestow in young women and tour schools as well as different organizations broadening the public's awareness on pageants. I am also a strong supporter of charities and would offer my help in any area required.
