What is the craziest thing you have ever done? I once cart-wheeled for an audience of onlookers through Starbucks in Delray, Florida (it was a friendly dare!). To my surprise, one of the customers offered to buy me a coffee for my courage and ability to entertain. Please list any schools and universities (public/private/graduate/trade or technical) you have or are attending, as well as the area of study, graduation date and any degree or certification you received. University of Windsor, B.A. (Hons. Thesis) majoring in Psychology. Graduation is scheduled for fall 2005. What charity/charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over past two years? I have volunteered for the Big Sisters Association, Hospice of Windsor and Transition to Betterness. Most recently, I contributed to the tsunami disaster relief efforts. What would be your "dream job" in life? I aspire to study and practice general medicine at the completion of my undergraduate degree.

My local community is experiencing a vast shortage of medical doctors and I would like to contribute to the advancement of health care in my area.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a Miss Universe Canada contestant) that makes you especially proud.

I was especially proud to represent Canada at the Reinado Internacional Queen de Café Pageant in Colombia, 2004. It was a wonderful chance to encounter the Colombian culture and its friendly people. Being a spokeswoman for Canada evoked a great deal of personal delight and I feel very, very lucky to have been offered such an opportunity.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

I am a perseverant and independent young woman and am grateful to those who have inspired my direction. I will never compromise my desire to be mindful of others while allowing my goals to reach their fruition.

What is your favourite movie, song, sport, and food?

My favourite movie:- The Power of One (based on the novel by Bryce Courtney).
My favourite song:- Old Man River. I have childhood recollections of my Dad singing this song to help me fall asleep.
My favourite sport:- Scuba diving! I recently dove on the Great Barrier Reef, a definite treat for my first diving expedition.
My favourite food:- Passion fruit.

What would you like to accomplish if you win the Miss Universe Canada title?

As Miss Universe Canada, I would fully embrace the opportunity to project the beautiful image of our culturally enriched country to the people of Canada and the world. I would aim to support the goals of the organization and inspire young women to greatness by emphasizing their natural abilities and talents.
