What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

For a psychology experiment, my professor asked us to test the notion of "what makes behaviors deviant." She asked us to stand up on a bus and start singing (we couldn't sing with a group of friends because that wouldn't count as deviant behavior.) So, I sang on a bus full of people and observed their reactions. It was so embarrasing and I could feel my face flush by the second.

Please list any schools and universities (public/private/graduate/trade or technical) you have or are attending, as well as the area of study, graduation date and any degree or certification you received.

I just graduated from the University of British Columbia one week ago! I finished my university degree in only 3 years! I majored in psychology and minored in health and society. In addition, I received all my certificates including my grade 10 certificate from the Royal Conservatory of Music.

What charity/charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over past two years?

What would be your "dream job" in life?

To have Oprah's job! She is my role model. Everyday, she is able to reach millions of viewers in their own homes and inspire people with her intelligence and generosity. In the future, I would love to have my own talk show like Oprah's because I think a talk show would be a great platform for me to address issues that are important to me and society.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a Miss Universe Canada contestant) that makes you especially proud.

I've recently established a non-for-profit organization because I feel that young adults of today are the next generation and we have the ability to create change and make a difference in the world. A goal I have always had for myself is to be of vital contribution to humanity and society; I feel very blessed and grateful for everything I have gotten and I would like to give something back. I believe that if someone has the heart, even one person can help change the world and make it a better for everyone to live in.

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you?

I'm an extremely postive, optimistic and easy-going person. Overall, I'm just a very happy and grateful person.

What is your favorite movie, song, sport, and food?

My all time favorite movie is The Sound of Music. Music is my passion; it is a universal language that has no barriers. I love dancing too - jazz and hip hop. One of my favorite songs is Christina Aguilera's FIghter. Like most girls, I have a weakness for chocolate, especially chocolate truffles.

What would you like to accomplish if you win the Miss Universe Canada title?

I would love to be involved with doing charity work all over Canada. I want to be a postivie role model to young children and teenagers. I like to speak to people regarding issues on self-esteem, good morals and values, health care and the importance of family. I want to help improve the spiritual, physical, emotional well-being of all people.

A motto that has served you as inspiration.

"What you think about is what you become." - Earle Nightingale
